Does this project have international shipping?
Yes! All products in this Kickstarter can be shipped internationally.
Please note that international shipping is quite expensive compared to U.S shipping and you’ll be responsible for any customs/VAT fees that may incur. You may be subject to paying additional fees upon delivery.
Shipping is NOT included in the price when you back an item. All shipping will be charged separately after the campaign ends.

Can I still pledge after the Kickstarter ends?
Yes! I will be allowing Late Pledges via BackerKit for up to about 2 weeks (until March 4th 12PM CST) after the Kickstarter closes. However keep in mind the product prices will increase slightly for Late Pledges.

I already pledged, can I still change my order?
Yup! You can modify your pledge anytime during the campaign. This includes canceling, adding items or removing items. However, once the Kickstarter ends, you CANNOT change your order or get a refund!

Yes! There will be a reward tier for both enamel pins and wallets only you can back.

How can I change my pledge without losing my early bird ita bag price?
When you hit “Change Pledge” and you’re at the “Rewards” section, immediately hit continue to the “Add-ons section”. If you just hit the continue button to add ons without changing the reward section, you should be able to keep your original early bird pledge!

How do I choose which bag/pin/wallet I want?
Once the Kickstarter ends, you will be receiving a BackerKit survey to select which characters you’d like!
In the survey, you will also be able to change/confirm your address so it’s very important to make sure you put the correct address!

I want the filler pins! How do I get them?
Filler pins will only be free rewards during this campaign for those who backed BOTH an ita bag and wallet. So for example, if you backed 2 ita bags and 1 wallet, you’d be receiving 1 filler pin set of your choice. You will be able to choose who you’d like via BackerKit survey after the Kickstarter ends.
Filler pin sets will not be available for purchase until later on in the future just for fairness of those pledging at the moment! :) Thank you for your understanding!

Will I be able to buy any of the rewards in the future?
Yes! I will be ordering more stock of all ita bags, wallets, enamel pins and filler pins for the future. However, please note all prices will be increased then vs. now. You also will not receive a free pin with your ita bag after the Kickstarter so I highly recommend pledging now if possible!

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
